Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in professional video editing, motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.
The candidate should be capable of transforming concepts into engaging videos, animations, reels, product explainers, and branded marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Product demos and explainer videos
Corporate branding and promotional campaigns
Podcasts, webinars, and interviews
Recruitment and employer branding campaigns
Customer success stories and testimonial videos
• Design engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and kinetic typography
• Create reels, shorts, and performance marketing creatives
• Add subtitles, sound effects, background music, visual effects, and animations
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final rendering
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, design, and product teams for creative execution
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Stay updated with latest trends in video editing, AI-generated content, and motion graphics

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of storytelling, animation principles, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Experience working on SaaS, technology, startup, or B2B branding projects preferred
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing and motion graphics work is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation
- Experience in creating YouTube and LinkedIn content
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing creatives
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
