About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content across digital platforms. This role involves editing high-quality videos, designing impactful creatives, and working closely with marketing and creators to bring campaigns to life. If you understand social media trends and can turn ideas into compelling visuals quickly, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Edit and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — from raw footage to final delivery
- Design static and motion graphics for social media, campaigns, and brand assets
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to refine raw content into polished deliverables aligned with brand guidelines
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, interviews) into engaging, bite-sized assets
- Use AI tools like HeyGen and Higgsfield to enhance and speed up content creation workflows
- Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals and audience insights
- Stay updated with platform trends and create content that performs across formats
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Maintain an organized library of assets and project files
- Support AI dubbing and multi-language content workflows when required
- Contribute to motion graphics and basic animation projects
What you'll bring:
- 3–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Hands-on experience working with influencer/UGC content and making it platform-ready
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with AI video and creative tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar
- Good understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content formats
- Strong sense of design, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and communicate timelines clearly
- Attention to detail and consistency in brand execution
Tools:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- DaVinci Resolve, Descript
- AI Tools: HeyGen, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, DALL·E
Nice to have:
- Motion design or 2D animation skills
- Familiarity with AI dubbing and multilingual video workflows
- Experience working on performance-driven or campaign-based creatives
