Role Description The Video Editor & Motion Graphic role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role involves editing raw video footage into polished content for campaigns, brand assets, and marketing materials, while maintaining consistency with creative direction and strategy. The team member will create motion graphics and visual elements for various formats, including social media, ads, presentations, and long-form content. Daily tasks include collaborating with strategists and designers, organizing project files, syncing audio, performing basic and advanced color grading, and preparing outputs for multiple platforms. The role also includes maintaining visual quality standards, experimenting with new formats and styles, and contributing ideas that align video content with broader growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing, brand, and performance content.
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic visual assets and animated elements.
- Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in agency, studio, or growth-focused marketing environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
