About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital platforms (social media, ads, campaigns, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of videos while maintaining quality standards
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance content
- Stay updated with current video trends and editing styles
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/showreel required)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
- Good sense of visual composition, color grading, and sound design
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Mandatory Requirement:
- Fluent in Punjabi (read, write, and speak)
- Must be willing to work from Mohali, Punjab (on-site role)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in editing content for social media or influencer campaigns
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of brand storytelling and content strategy
