Meta Ads Video Editor – Performance Creative (D2C | Reels & UGC)📍 Gurgaon (In-Office)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Video Editor who understands the intersection of creativity and performance marketing.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping, high-converting video ads for Facebook and Instagram. This is not just editing—you’ll be expected to think like a creative strategist, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.

What You’ll DoVideo Editing & Production
- Create and edit high-volume, short-form video ads for Meta platforms (Reels, Stories, Feeds)
- Work on UGC-style, D2C-focused creatives that feel native and engaging
- Ensure all creatives are optimized for mobile-first formats (9:16, 1:1)
Creative Strategy & Iteration
- Test multiple hooks, formats, and CTAs to identify winning creatives
- Continuously iterate and improve based on performance data
- Develop new ad concepts, storytelling formats, and creative angles
Performance Optimization
- Apply best practices for Meta Ads creatives (first 3-second hook, captions, pacing, etc.)
- Optimize videos for higher CTR, conversions, and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign goals and KPIs
Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketers and creative strategists
- Translate data-driven insights into compelling video content
Must-Have Requirements- 4+ years of experience in video editing for paid social or performance marketing
- Strong expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Proven experience creating high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives
- Strong understanding of D2C ad creatives and UGC-style content
- Knowledge of Meta Ads formats, placements, and creative best practices
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work in-office in Gurgaon
- Immediate availability
