Internship Structure
Month 1 - Unpaid Trial Period (Show us your best work )
Month 2–6 - Paid · Performance-Based
The first month is a performance evaluation period (unpaid). Editors who consistently deliver quality, creative, and on-time work will move to a paid role for the remaining 5 months of the internship.
What You'll Do
Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos for ShikshaSpace's courses and contentCreate attention-grabbing Shorts & Reels that hook viewers in the first 3 secondsAdd subtitles, captions, b-roll, music, and sound effectsRepurpose long-form educational content into short social clipsCollaborate on creative direction and incorporate feedback quicklyDeliver consistently on weekly deadlines
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar toolsUnderstanding of short-form hooks, pacing, and viewer retentionPortfolio or work samples — personal/college projects are welcomeSelf-motivated, reliable, and open to constructive feedbackPassion for education, tech, or content creation is a big plusBonus: motion graphics, colour grading, or thumbnail design skills
