Job details:
Video Editor Intern 📍 Gurugram · Hybrid · 6 months · ₹15,000/month
We publish a lot of articles. We want them as videos too.
Take a published article, turn it into 3-4 min video - stock footage or AI-generated visuals, AI voiceover, burned-in captions, music. Then do it again, faster. We're building a repeatable pipeline, not one-off showpieces.
What you'll do
- Cut our articles down into short, punchy video scripts
- Source visuals: stock footage/images, AI-generated clips, or clean photo slideshows
- Generate and time AI voiceovers so they sound human, not robotic
- Add accurate captions, music, transitions, and end cards
- Export for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook
- Keep the asset library organised and hit weekly output targets without quality sliding
Must have
- Working command of a desktop editing suite — Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Mobile-first apps (CapCut, VN, InShot) don't count for this role. We need timeline editing, proper audio control, and clean exports.
- A showreel or portfolio link. Applications without one won't be reviewed. Personal projects and college work count.
- Hands-on with at least one AI voiceover or text-to-video tool — ElevenLabs, Murf, Pictory, InVideo, Runway, or similar
- A sense of pacing — you can tell when a cut is dragging
- English good enough to read an article and know which 20% matters
- Available in our Gurugram office 2–3 days a week
Nice to have: After Effects or basic motion graphics, thumbnail design, prior work on a YouTube/Instagram channel.
Freshers and final-year students welcome. We care what you can make, not where you studied.
What you get
- ₹15,000/month · hybrid · paid tool subscriptions (no watermarked exports)
- Your videos are published on properties with real traffic
- Completion certificate, and a full-time offer for strong performers
Straight talk: this is high-volume, template-driven production — running a content machine well, not making short films. If you want to get genuinely fast at the modern AI video stack, it's a strong six months.
How to apply Apply here with your CV, a showreel/portfolio link, and one line on which AI tools you've used.
Shortlisted candidates get a short task: one of our articles, one 120-second video, and 1 day. That's the whole interview - no four-round process.
