Hiring: Video Editor Intern (Performance Content)
We’re looking for a sharp Video Editor who can create high-retention, results-driven short-form content not just basic edits. This internship is all about crafting Reels, Ads, and Case Study videos that actually stop the scroll and generate leads.
Internship Structure:
- Month 1: Unpaid evaluation period
- Month 2–3: Paid (based on performance)
Important Note:
This is not a training program. We expect you to already have strong editing fundamentals and the ability to execute independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Case Studies).
- Create fast-paced edits with powerful hooks and strong retention.
- Work with structured scripts and turn raw footage into conversion-focused content.
- Deliver clean, scroll-stopping edits that perform.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, cuts, rhythm, and audience retention.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Ability to work independently without constant guidance.
- Strong sense of what makes content actually convert.
Selection Process:
