The ideal candidate should be skilled in short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and/or long-form horizontal videos, with a strong understanding of storytelling and marketing objectives. You will work closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging, high-quality video content across platforms. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and/or long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns Apply professional video editing and color grading techniques Add subtitles, motion graphics, and visual elements to improve engagement Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign goals Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists Use AI tools and AI-powered features to enhance editing efficiency Deliver projects on time without compromising quality Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of video editing and color grading Understanding of subtitles, pacing, transitions, and storytelling Familiarity with basic graphic design for video elements Hands-on experience (or learning) with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar Interest in marketing-driven content creation Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to manage time and meet deadlines Exposure to digital marketing or content creation is a plus Curiosity or basic experience with AI tools for editing is preferred Why Join Us?
