We're looking for a Creative Video Editor (Intern)
Someone who understands that a well-timed cut can hit harder than most things, and wants to spend their days making that happen.
The Pitch
There are two types of editors — those who treat a timeline like a spreadsheet, and those who treat it like a canvas. We're hiring the second kind.
We're a production house that lives and breathes video: ads that make people stop mid-scroll, event films that make audiences feel like they were there, BTS content that's often more interesting than the main thing. If you've ever rewatched your own cut just to study a transition, you'll fit right in.
What You’ll Actually Do
No two days will look the same. One morning you might be stitching up brand footage, and by afternoon you’re figuring out why a BTS clip is funnier when you add a half-second pause before the punchline. (It always is.)
- Edit & Assemble — Turn raw footage into something people actually want to watch.
- Colour & Polish — Make it feel intentional, not accidental.
- Sound & Sync — Because a great video with bad audio is just a slideshow.
- Collaborate — Work closely with directors, producers, and clients, and take feedback well.
What We're Looking For
- Beginner-level Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — we care more about curiosity than experience
- Some familiarity with the Adobe suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
- A genuine willingness to learn and improve
- Based in Bangalore/Mumbai, comfortable with hybrid work
- Creative thinking, backed by follow-through
Growth Opportunity
- 3-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
- Compensation and other full-time benefits will be discussed upon successful completion of the internship.
