The Role: Creative Video Editor Intern
We are looking for a visual storyteller who can turn raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping videos.
If you understand internet culture, know when to drop the perfect sound effect, and can edit everything
from a fast-paced 30-second Reel to a deep-dive YouTube explainer, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
● Edit high-quality, punchy videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form content.
● Elevate raw footage with motion text, slick transitions, sound effects and color grading.
● Sync up daily with the marketing and content team to turn raw ideas into viral assets.
● Keep a pulse on viral editing formats, memes, and social media audio trends.
● Keep project files, assets, and version controls clean and organized.
What We're Looking For
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
● Basic mastery of motion graphics (lower-thirds, kinetic typography, logo reveals).
● A deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and what keeps viewers hooked in the first 3 seconds.
● Ready to hustle full-time from our Bangalore office for the next 6 months.
● You actually like the stock market, or at least want to learn how it works!
