PDT focuses on innovative storytelling and impactful visual content, offering interns exposure to high-visibility projects and a dynamic, creative environment. The team collaborates closely with brands and media outlets, providing a strong platform for learning and professional growth.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in Noida. The intern will assist in editing video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and entertainment projects, following creative briefs and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics, and ensuring smooth narrative flow. The intern will support color correction and basic color grading, collaborate with directors and content creators, and help maintain organized project files. The role also involves exporting and optimizing videos for different platforms, incorporating feedback from the team, and consistently meeting production timelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle footage, timelines, and storytelling in post-production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality, mood, and consistency across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and openness to feedback are essential.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Noida.
- Relevant coursework or projects in film, media, communication, or a related field are beneficial; prior internship or portfolio of edited work is a plus.
