Role Overview:
As a Video Editor Intern at Joymex Foods, you will play a key role in bringing our brand story to life through high-quality video content. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to create engaging visuals that communicate our legacy, product consistency, and value to chefs, restaurants, and food businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and brand films focused on the HORECA & Retail audience.
• Develop motion graphics and basic animations for product showcases, explainer videos, and campaigns.
• Assist in shooting video content (factory, product, chef interactions, behind-the-scenes) when required.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualise content ideas aligned with Joymex’s brand positioning.
• Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects quality, reliability, and professionalism.
• Organise project files and ensure smooth workflows for faster turnaround.
• Use AI tools for tasks like auto-captioning, audio clean-up, and rough cuts to optimise editing time.
• Stay updated with current video trends, especially in food, B2B, and brand storytelling.
Skills & Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Interest in food content, brand storytelling, and commercial video production.
Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and shooting techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
