About the Role
We are seeking a Video Editing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation. The intern will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content, ensuring it is engaging, high-quality, and aligned with current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos
* Convert raw footage into engaging and structured content
* Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and background music
* Assist in repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form videos
* Ensure timely delivery of assigned editing tasks
* Collaborate on improving content quality and viewer engagement
Required Skills
* Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
* Understanding of short-form content formats and trends
* Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a currently enrolled college student
- Interest in content creation, media, or digital marketing
- Prior editing work (portfolio/sample) preferred but not mandatory
