Role Description As a Video Editor Intern at Coding Blocks, you will support the creation of high-quality educational and promotional video content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include editing raw footage into polished videos, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, titles, and simple motion graphics, and performing basic color correction to maintain a consistent visual style. You will collaborate with instructors, marketing team members, and other content creators to understand project requirements and adapt videos for various platforms such as websites, social media, and learning management systems. The role may also involve assisting with basic video production tasks, organizing media assets, and maintaining orderly project files to support an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating clear, engaging educational and marketing content.
- Ability to perform Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the look and feel of footage.
- Experience or interest in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower-thirds, and simple visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalents).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing and basic motion graphics capabilities is highly beneficial.
