We’re on the lookout for a Junior Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who’s excited about blending creativity with technology.
About the Role
If you love crafting motion stories, editing sharp videos, and experimenting with AI tools to boost your creative process, this role is a perfect fit. You’ll work on everything from social media reels to brand films — alongside a team that’s collaborative, curious, and always exploring what’s next in design.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animations for explainers, ads and digital campaigns.
- Edit videos with storytelling, rhythm, and a strong visual flow.
- Use AI tools (for ideation, animation enhancement, or workflow optimization) to speed up and elevate creative output.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
- Keep visuals on-brand and deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in motion design or video editing (fresh grads welcome!).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Runway, Kaiber, Pika, or similar (or the willingness to learn).
- Strong creative sense, attention to detail and a learner’s mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lottie, GIFs, or 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D.
- Basic sound design, color grading, or compositing skills.
- Interest in experimenting with AI for concept generation and style exploration.
