Role Description The Video Editor Intern role at Discoverwebsoft is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the intern collaborates with the creative and marketing teams to edit and assemble video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include trimming footage, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color correction, and integrating motion graphics and static graphics as needed. The intern helps adapt video content to different formats and platforms, maintains organized project files, and supports the production of visually engaging videos that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and basic understanding of the video creation workflow.
- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills, including trimming, sequencing, and adding audio and visual effects.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent style.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and graphics skills for creating visual elements, titles, and overlays.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Indore.
- Relevant coursework or portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics projects; formal education in media, design, or related fields is a plus.
