Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
- Assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality edits
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design
- Organize project files and maintain version control
Incentive Structure
After successful completion of 3 months, team members become eligible for performance-based incentives, including:
- A fixed amount for every video edit, depending on the duration and type of project
- A fixed ratio share of the company’s quarterly profit
