Key Responsibilities

• Editing high-quality short-form videos (reels/shorts) from long-form content
• Ensuring strong hooks, pacing, and audience retention
• Identifying key moments from podcasts and conversations, and transforming them into engaging, shareable clips
• Incorporating motion graphics, captions, transitions, and effects to enhance visual appeal and storytelling
• Collaborating with the content team to maintain consistency in style, tone, and brand identity while optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement
