About LoiLoNoteLoiLoNote is a classroom learning platform used by 13,000+ schools globally, including over 50% of schools in Japan.
In India, we are building a strong presence by working closely with schools and teachers to enable two-way, interactive learning in classrooms.
Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who can create high-quality visual content across video and design to support our marketing, teacher engagement, and product communication.
This is a hands-on execution role — ideal for someone who enjoys creating, editing, and improving content regularly.
Key Responsibilities🎥 Video Creation & Editing
- Edit demo videos, product walkthroughs, and teacher-use case videos
- Create short-form content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, and voice sync
- Convert real classroom usage into engaging visual stories
🎨 Graphic Design & Branding
- Design brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing creatives
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials
- Create visuals for email campaigns, website, and ads
- Work on product-related visuals (feature explanations, UI highlights)
📱 Social Media Content Support
- Create post creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Adapt content into multiple formats (carousel, short video, static)
- Support content planning with visual ideas
🎬 Demo & Animation Content
- Create simple animations to explain product features
- Support creation of demo videos for teachers and schools
- Improve existing videos with better storytelling and clarity
Required Skills & ToolsMust-Have
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Canva alone is not sufficient)
- Basic Animation: Adobe After Effects or similar tools
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
Good to Have
- Experience working with EdTech / education content
- Ability to handle voiceovers, subtitles, and audio cleanup
- Understanding of social media content formats
Experience Required- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio is more important than years
What We Are Looking For- Someone who can execute independently (not just take instructions)
- Attention to detail in design and video quality
- Ability to understand product and convert it into simple visual communication
- Willingness to iterate and improve content continuously
What This Role Is NOT- Not a strategy-only or manager role
- Not limited to Canva-based design
- Not purely social media posting — content creation is core
