Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can handle both visual design and short-form video content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, viral formats, and audience engagement, and be able to create scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, and ads for social media
Edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and ads
Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations
Collaborate with the social media and content team to execute trending ideas
Adapt creatives based on brand guidelines and campaign goals
Stay updated with current trends, memes, audio trends, and viral content formats
Optimize designs and videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
Ensure timely delivery as per content calendars and campaign deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
Strong sense of color, typography, composition, and storytelling
Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with motion graphics and animated posts
Knowledge of trending reels formats, hooks, and pacing
Prior experience in a digital marketing or social media agency
