Company Description Oja is a new, premium D2C bodycare and fragrance brand based in Mumbai. We’re building a modern, aspirational brand that combines high-performance body care with elevated, sensorial fragrances and a distinctive visual world.
This is a foundational creative hire who will help shape how Oja communicates across paid media, social, product launches and brand campaigns.
Role Description
- Edit and produce video content across social media, performance marketing, brand campaigns and product launches
- Work with raw footage, motion graphics, transitions, sound, colour grading and effects to create polished, engaging content
- Design static assets including social posts, carousels, thumbnails, presentations, website creatives and promotional materials
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual execution while maintaining consistency with Oja’s brand identity
- Contribute to content ideation, shoot planning and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to refine concepts and deliver creative across multiple briefs
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative content production, preferably within beauty, personal care, D2C, FMCG, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle
- Strong proficiency in static design and video-editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Edits, InShot, VN, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kive, Runway ML, Sora, Midjourney, Veo 3, Tripo Studio, Figma Weave, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Lovable, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of Instagram, short-form content, social-media trends, Meta Ads, and performance-focused creative execution
- Ability to balance polished brand-building content with fast, culturally relevant and conversion-led creatives
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
