We’re hiring a Video Editor who is strong in Premiere Pro and actively uses Gen AI tools in their workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year preferred
• (Talented freshers with a strong portfolio will also be considered)
• Portfolio: Mandatory (Gen AI work required)
• (Applications without portfolio will be rejected)

Core Skills:

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Expert (Primary tool)
• Adobe After Effects – Working knowledge (Secondary)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – Working knowledge (Secondary)

Gen AI (Crucial):

• Must actively use AI tools for video/image generation & editing
• Familiarity with tools such as Veo 3, Kling, Sora
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows (UGC, ads, transitions, assets, concepts)
• Clearly mention which AI tools you use in your application

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong editing sense (cuts, pacing, hooks)
• Ability to create high-performing ad creatives / reels
• Up-to-date with modern social media trends
• Familiarity with UGC style & performance marketing content
