TechLift Digital is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Mentor to join our growing team. This role involves producing high-quality video content for our clients, while also mentoring aspiring video editors through practical, industry-focused training.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit cinematic, commercial, promotional, and news-related videos.
- Produce engaging content for digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading to achieve high-quality visual output.
- Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and creative teams to deliver projects on schedule.
- Mentor and guide students and junior editors through structured learning sessions.
- Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to improve editing quality.
- Optimize video content according to platform-specific best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with OBS Studio for recording, streaming, or production workflows.
- Excellent understanding of cinematic editing techniques, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Strong knowledge of professional color correction and color grading.
- Familiarity with audio synchronization, sound design, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written) for mentoring and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing news, media, documentary, or commercial content.
- Understanding of social media video formats and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of current editing trends, AI-assisted workflows, and modern post-production techniques.
- Experience training, coaching, or mentoring individuals is an advantage.
