Role Description The Video Editor (Fresher) will work on-site at the Bengaluru office in a full-time capacity, supporting the production of corporate and event-related video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, organizing assets, and editing videos to align with project goals and brand guidelines under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves basic color correction, adding simple motion graphics or titles, syncing audio, and preparing final outputs for various platforms. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers, designers, and other media professionals to meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards. This position is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within a fast-paced multimedia environment.
Qualifications
- Kannada language profficiency (must)
- Foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to work with common editing software.
- Basic understanding of Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistency across footage.
- Introductory knowledge of Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower thirds, and simple visual elements.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an interest in corporate and event-based content.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills and time management, with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Relevant coursework, internships, or personal portfolio showcasing video projects; formal education in media, film, communication, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory. By
