Scalio is building an AI marketing companion for Indian SMBs. We’re looking for AI-native video editors who think in Reels/Shorts/Ads and can ship multiple winning variations quickly.

What you’ll do:
- creating well-edited video content (reels, paid ads, occassional long-form)
- executing different formats that win on social media: hooks, fast pacing, structures
- turn concepts into multiple variations
- be involved in creative meetings to understand what worked and what didn’t
- be comfortable with latest AI video generation platforms (Sora 2, Kling, Veo) and trends

- Have strong short-form instincts: hooks, pacing, retention
- Ship fast, take feedback well, iterate without ego
- Can match brand styles and follow marketing briefs
