About Axentia.AI: Axentia.AI works across enterprise technology, AI, SAP and workforce enablement. Our work includes enterprise consulting, learning, industry partnerships, leadership content and digital campaigns. Video is an important part of how we communicate our work across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, learning platforms and our own channels. We are looking for a full-time Video Editor who can take ownership of the video function across planning, shoots, editing, asset management and final delivery.
About the Role: You will work across reels, podcasts, interviews, founder and leadership videos, educational content, YouTube videos, campaigns, events, workplace content and other brand requirements. The role involves managing the video workflow from the point a shoot is planned. You will coordinate schedules and basic production requirements, set up cameras, framing, lighting and audio where needed, manage raw footage and project files, edit the content and ensure final versions are delivered on time. You will also work closely with the content, marketing and design teams to understand upcoming requirements, review scripts from a visual point of view, identify additional footage or graphics needed and suggest ways to improve the final video. A major part of the role will be keeping the production process organised. This includes maintaining footage libraries, project files, backups, equipment, shoot schedules, videos under edit, pending feedback and completed assets. We want someone who has a clear view of what is being shot, what is being edited and what needs to move next.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form content including reels, interviews, podcasts, learning videos, campaigns and leadership content.
- Handle footage selection, pacing, audio, subtitles, graphics, basic colour correction and final exports.
- Plan and coordinate shoots, including schedules, locations, speakers and production requirements.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, framing and audio setups during shoots.
- Maintain cameras, microphones, lights, storage devices and other production equipment in an organised and ready-to-use condition.
- Organise raw footage, project files, edited versions, backups and final assets so content can be found and reused easily.
- Repurpose longer videos, podcasts and interviews into relevant short-form content.
- Coordinate with content, design, marketing and leadership teams through the production and editing process.
- Manage feedback, revisions and delivery timelines across multiple videos.
- Maintain consistency in subtitles, typography, graphics, transitions and overall video treatment.
- Support webinars, events, interviews and other company productions when video support is required.
Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for someone with around 2–5 years of relevant experience in video editing or production and a portfolio that shows strong work across different formats.
- You should have strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, multicamera editing and other production tools will be useful.
- You should also understand cameras, microphones, lighting and basic shoot setups, have a good sense of pacing, sound and visual composition, and be comfortable managing several videos and shoots at different stages at the same time.
- Experience with podcasts, interviews, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, educational content, event shoots or founder-led content will be useful for this role.
