We're looking for a talented creative who lives on both sides of the lens — someone who can shoot stunning footage and then transform it into compelling reels and videos in the edit suite. You'll be the end-to-end visual voice of our brand, working from our studio in Jaipur.
Key responsibilities
- 01
- Plan, shoot, and direct video content for social media reels, brand films, and promotional videos.
- 02
- Handle on-set lighting, camera setup, and shot composition to deliver cinematic quality.
- 03
- Edit and post-produce all filmed content — cuts, transitions, colour grading, sound mixing, and motion titles.
- 04
- Create engaging short-form content (Instagram / YouTube Reels) with trending formats and hooks.
- 05
- Manage raw footage libraries, project files, and delivery timelines.
- 06
- Collaborate with the creative team on storyboards, scripts, and mood boards.
- 07
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, video formats, and editing styles.

🌟 What You’ll Do
- Create AI avatar/presenter videos (HeyGen, Simora, etc.).
- Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube, podcasts, courses.
- Use AI + traditional tools for high-quality content.
- Add animations, motion graphics, storytelling.
- Handle sound design: beats, levels, SFX, noise removal.
- Apply hooks, storytelling, retention tactics for virality.
- Research hot trends, formats, creator strategies.

Editing: Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
