Role Overview-

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can deliver high-quality, fast-paced, and

engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have strong filmmaking, storytelling, music,

and sound design understanding, and be eager to learn new tools and workflows, especially in

AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for films, microdramas, and short-form content

• Create engaging, story-driven edits

• Add and sync background music and sound effects

• Maintain continuity and smooth transitions

• Enhance emotional impact using pacing and timing

• Deliver fast without compromising quality

• Collaborate with creative teams

• Basic color correction

Required Skills

Editing:

• Proficiency in editing tools

• Strong understanding of pacing and transitions

Filmmaking:

• Story structure and continuity understanding

• Shot matching and visual rhythm

Music & Sound:

• Music selection and SFX usage

• Audio timing and sync

Problem-Solving Ability

• Ability to fix rough footage

• Creative solutions with limited resources

• Making scenes work effectively

Learning & Growth Mindset

• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques

• Open to AI workflows

• Stay updated with trends
