We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and fast-turnaround Video Editor who knows how to make beauty content stand out on social media.
If you are obsessed with reels, love editing makeup and beauty videos, and can create scroll-stopping content with speed and style, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 30–40 short-form videos per month (Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos)
- Work with influencer content and raw footage to create clean, engaging, and brand-aligned edits
- Select and sync trending music, transitions, captions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Independently create edits using raw clips and stock footage with minimal guidance
- Maintain a premium visual style aligned with the brand’s clean and elevated aesthetic
- Design attractive thumbnails for video previews
- Shoot basic videos using iPhone/camera with a good understanding of camera angles, lighting, and framing
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaign-based and story-driven edits
- Resize and reformat content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and editing innovations
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience editing short-form videos for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Advanced proficiency in InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of music, pacing, timing, and visual rhythm for social media content
- Ability to identify and apply platform-specific trends for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Experience editing User Generated Content, influencer videos, and self-shot iPhone footage
- Ability to work independently and build strong content with minimal creative direction
- Strong eye for transitions, color grading, composition, and maintaining visual consistency
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- 3D design and advanced video editing
- Directing experience, especially for product launch videos
- Advanced filmmaking skills and creative storytelling abilities
