Role Description
XR Marketing is looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our on-site creative team in Hyderabad.
As a Video Editor Intern, you will create engaging video content for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and brand promotions. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce premium-quality videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertisements.
- Assemble raw footage into compelling stories with smooth transitions and pacing.
- Synchronize audio, music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
- Perform basic color correction and color grading for professional visual consistency.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams on campaign creatives.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently.
- Export videos in multiple formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and social media content styles.
- Contribute creative ideas that improve storytelling and audience engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Video Editing and Video Production.
- Experience with Color Correction and Color Grading.
- Basic understanding of Motion Graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with graphic design fundamentals.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and accept constructive feedback.
Software Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut (Professional Workflow)
Device Requirement
Mac users are highly preferred for this internship, as our production workflow is primarily based on the Apple ecosystem.
- Preferred: MacBook / iMac / Mac Studio / Mac Mini users
- Windows users may also apply if they have a capable system and are proficient with professional video editing software.
Preferred Candidates
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Passionate about video editing, storytelling, and creative content.
- Eager to learn AI-powered creative tools and modern editing workflows.
- Strong portfolio or sample work is a plus.
