🎬 We're Hiring: Video Editor
📍 Location: Bhayandar East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Are you passionate about creating engaging videos that capture attention within the first few seconds?
At Xplosive WebTech, we're building the next generation of software engineers through practical, industry-focused training. We're looking for a creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music
- Improve storytelling and viewer retention
- Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement
- Collaborate with our content team to produce engaging educational and promotional videos
- Suggest creative ideas to improve video performance
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines
Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media video editing
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions
Good to Have
- Experience editing videos for Instagram/Facebook (Meta) Ads
- Understanding of hooks, retention editing, and viral content
- Experience with AI video editing tools (CapCut AI, Opus Clip, Submagic, etc.)
- Basic Photoshop or Canva knowledge
- Thumbnail design experience
