We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with our audience and supports our mission.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form performance ads for Meta, Instagram, and Facebook, transforming raw footage into engaging, fast-paced visual stories.
• Create strong hooks and retention-focused edits, particularly impactful 7–8 second openings designed to capture attention.
• Source and create relevant visual assets, including B-roll, AI-generated visuals, product footage, and other creative elements independently.
• Develop engaging captions, typography, motion graphics, and animations while maintaining readability and visual consistency.
• Enhance creatives with appropriate music and SFX, ensuring strong pacing, sound design, and overall viewing experience.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and deliver polished, product-accurate creatives quickly without compromising quality.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for animations, text motion, and basic compositing.
• Strong understanding of pacing, retention, storytelling, shot selection, and B-roll, with a good sense of what makes performance creatives engaging.
• Experience with AI image/video generation tools and the ability to independently source relevant creative assets.
• Good understanding of captions, typography, music, and sound design, with strong attention to visual and audio details.
• Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to work quickly while maintaining creative quality and accurate product/packaging representation.

Location - Gurgaon, Sector-58
Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
