We’re Hiring — Video Editor at What Nxtt?
At What Nxtt? by Saurabh Samdani, we’re building conversations around business, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, technology, and India’s future.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and modern internet content.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Editing long-form podcast episodes
• Creating high-retention reels/short-form content
• Designing thumbnails & YouTube covers
• Basic social media creatives/carousels
• Adding subtitles, motion graphics & audio cleanup
• Exporting and optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn & Spotify
• Understanding audience retention, hooks & content flow
Requirements:
• Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects
• Good understanding of YouTube & Instagram content ecosystem
• Ability to work with deadlines and fast turnaround timelines
• Strong sense of storytelling, music, pacing & visual flow
Bonus if you:
• Follow business podcasts & creator-led content
• Understand viral short-form editing styles
• Can contribute creatively beyond execution
Location: Flexible
Type: Full-time / Freelance (depending on fit)
