Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Video & Content Executive to create engaging digital content for our wellness brand. The role involves editing videos across formats—property walkthroughs, doctor-led content, testimonials, and social media reels.
This is an execution-focused role with strong exposure to content creation and storytelling and a work from office role (Located in Integrated Startup Complex - Kerala Startup Mission - Kalamassery)
Compensation:
- CTC of INR 1.8 LPA to INR 3 LPA (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging video content across formats, including Property walkthroughs, Doctor-led sessions and talks, Customer testimonials, Social media content (Reels / Shorts / YouTube videos)
- Plan and execute video shoots , especially for doctor talks, testimonials, and on-location content (we primarily use a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for shoots)
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create high-retention, platform-optimised videos
- Add music, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
- Create graphic design assets such as thumbnails, simple posters, and social media creatives using tools like Canva
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and quality standards
- Use AI tools for video editing and content creation to improve speed, efficiency, and creativity
- Manage and organise raw footage, project files, and final outputs systematically
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and new tools to continuously improve content quality
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in video editing
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Ability to shoot videos - Doctors talks,Podcasts, Testimony videos
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) for creating simple visuals, thumbnails, and creatives
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
- Exposure to or willingness to learn AI video tools
- Good sense of pacing, music, and visual storytelling

- Basic motion graphics knowledge
