Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video assets for web, social media, campaigns, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and selecting clips, editing sequences, adding transitions, syncing audio, and applying color correction to align with brand guidelines. The role will also involve creating and integrating motion graphics and basic visual effects, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to refine concepts, and adapting content into various aspect ratios and formats. The Video Editor will manage project files, maintain version control, and meet deadlines while ensuring consistent quality and storytelling across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including structuring narratives, sound syncing, and exporting for multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance the look and feel of footage.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations aligned with brand style.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Basic understanding of digital and social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with creative, marketing, and account teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel is required.
