As we scale, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team and craft impactful video content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media video editing and in-app platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and create engaging video content accordingly.
- Ensure all videos align with VAMA's brand guidelines and storytelling style.
- Use editing software to cut, assemble, and enhance video footage while incorporating effects, graphics, music, and sound for maximum impact.
- Stay updated with video editing trends, social media storytelling formats, and performance-driven video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Analyze video performance metrics and contribute ideas to optimize for engagement, retention, and conversions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in professional video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a, or branding projects.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and how video content drives audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Hindu mythology, rituals, or spiritual content is a plus.
- Good knowledge of storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an eye for creativity and innovation.
