About the Role
VAC Global Education is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who specializes in podcast editing and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing professional podcasts, handling multiple camera angles, creating engaging intros and trailers, and delivering high-quality content within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Podcast EditingEdit complete podcasts from raw footage to final output.
- Handle multi-camera podcast editing and camera angle switching.
- Perform audio-video synchronization and lip-sync correction.
- Create podcast intros, outros, trailers, teasers, and promotional clips.
- Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements.
- Enhance audio quality through noise reduction and sound balancing.
- Video EditingEdit YouTube videos, reels, shorts, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and basic sound design.
- Create engaging and professional video content for digital platforms.
- Creative & Design WorkCreate graphic assets.
- Work with motion graphics and basic VFX.
- Use AI tools for image generation and creative content production.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends and AI technologies.
- Required SkillsStrong experience in Podcast Editing.
- Experience with multi-camera editing workflows.
- Knowledge of lip-sync correction and audio synchronization.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- Experience with motion graphics, VFX, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and AI editing tools.
- Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Prior experience in podcast editing is mandatory.
