About the Role
We’re looking for a nimble, story-driven Video Editor to join the Growth team at Two Brothers Organic Farms. Our story is our strength—and your role will be to bring it alive through high-impact, engaging video content. From thumb-stopping ads to immersive storytelling, you’ll power our daily visual presence across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ad creatives) for Meta, Google & YouTube
• Leverage Gen AI tools to create b-roll, animations, and enhance production speed
• Craft storytelling-led brand videos around farm life & our “soil-to-soul” journey
• Manage end-to-end post-production (editing, color correction, sound, captions)
• Analyze performance and optimize video hooks, pacing, and formats
What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
• Understanding of D2C, mobile-first content & performance marketing
• Strong sense of organic, earthy, premium aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
