🚀 Hiring: Creative Video Editor
📍 Mumbai Metropolitan Region (On-Site)
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

We are now looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands modern ad creatives and can produce scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, retention, and conversions.
🎯 Role & Responsibilities:
• Create high-converting Meta, Instagram & YouTube ad creatives
• Edit engaging reels, UGC ads, VSLs & short-form video content
• Add cinematic transitions, motion graphics, captions & sound design
• Perform professional color grading and visual enhancement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create conversion-focused campaigns
• Stay updated with viral trends, hooks & performance marketing strategies
• Deliver fast-paced creative outputs while maintaining premium quality
✅ Required Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
✔ Excellent understanding of performance marketing creatives
✔ Knowledge of audience retention, storytelling & ad psychology
✔ Experience in motion graphics, animations & reel editing
✔ Ability to work under deadlines with creative execution
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• D2C / E-commerce Brand Experience
• Wellness, Fitness or Supplement Industry Experience
• Knowledge of AI Tools & Viral Social Media Trends
🎓 Qualification:
Degree/Certification in Film Production, Media, Visual Arts or related field is preferred.
