Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Surat. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Typical tasks include selecting and assembling footage, adding transitions, music, and sound effects, performing basic color correction, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role also involves creating and integrating motion graphics and simple graphic elements to enhance storytelling and brand identity. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to understand creative briefs, meet deadlines, and optimize content for different formats and channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to handle footage from concept to final export.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics elements to support brand and storytelling goals.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, work with feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a creative mindset aligned with digital and social media trends.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
