Wedding Video Editor – The Wedding Fellas

The Wedding Fellas is an award-winning wedding photography and filmmaking company that has been capturing timeless love stories across India for over a decade. We create cinematic wedding films and premium visual experiences that couples cherish for a lifetime.
We're looking for a passionate and creative Wedding Video Editor who can transform raw wedding footage into emotional, engaging, and visually stunning films.
Responsibilities
- Edit wedding highlights, teaser films, full-length wedding films, and social media reels.
- Create cinematic edits with strong storytelling and emotional pacing.
- Sync footage with music, dialogues, and ambient audio.
- Perform color correction and basic color grading.
- Enhance videos with transitions, motion graphics, titles, and sound design where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cinematographers and the creative team to maintain a consistent editing style.
- Organize and manage project files efficiently while meeting delivery timelines.
- Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience editing wedding films or similar cinematic content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding films, highlight videos, and Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition is a plus.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and color grading.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for weddings, filmmaking, and visual storytelling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing vertical content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic motion graphics and typography skills.
- Knowledge of proxy workflows and efficient media management.
- Familiarity with cinematic LUTs and advanced color grading techniques.
