Role Description The Video Editor role at The Social Spex is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble video content for social media campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and website-related projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, color grading, and preparing final exports optimized for different platforms. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging visual stories, incorporate motion graphics and basic graphic elements, and suggest improvements for future content. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual style across projects and staying current with trends in social media video content.

What We’re Looking For
Strong proficiency in CapCut (must-have)
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus

Strong sense of storytelling, transitions, pacing, and sound design
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
