The Rulers is a cinematic storytelling platform creating web series, short-form videos, and impactful narratives. We're a small, youth-driven team that moves fast and cares deeply about the quality of every cut.

What you'll do
- Cut short and long-form video with hooks that land in the first few seconds
- Sequence footage cleanly — matching shots, smoothing cuts, fixing continuity
- Sound design: beat-matched cuts, clean levels, SFX, and licensed music
- Color correct and grade for consistency across a sequence
- Add motion graphics, kinetic text, transitions, and captions that hold retention
- Deliver in every format — 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 — with the right export settings
You're a good fit if you have
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- A real grasp of pacing, rhythm, and cutting to music
- A feel for when a cut feels right — not just clean, but watchable
- Bonus: motion graphics or a strong sense of visual storytelling

Details
- Remote, full-time
- Base stipend: up to ₹10,000/month
- Performance perks: editors whose work performs exceptionally earn bonuses, featured credit, and a faster path to a higher stipend. The better your work performs, the more you make.
