Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands content beyond just editing — someone who knows how to grab attention, retain viewers, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube (Long-form & Shorts)
• Performance Ads (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Add:
• Motion graphics
• Subtitles and captions
• Transitions and sound effects
• Optimize content for:
• Engagement
• Retention
• Conversions
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, snippets)

Required Skills
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (preferred)
• CapCut / Final Cut Pro (optional but useful)
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media trends
• Hook-based editing
• Fast-paced, high-retention content styles
