Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor based in Pune. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content for various platforms. Key tasks include collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, applying creative visual effects and transitions, editing audio tracks, and ensuring the final output meets high-quality standards. The Video Editor will manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain consistent storytelling and branding in all video materials.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Skills in color grading, motion graphics, and adding sound effects and transitions
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and optimizing videos for various platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and understand project briefs
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field is preferred
- Experience working on marketing and branded content is an advantage
