Role Description
The Hidden Crew is hiring a full-time remote Video Editor for cinematic wedding edits. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing wedding films, teaser videos, reels, and social media content with a strong cinematic approach. Day-to-day tasks include color grading, sound design, adding motion graphics where needed, syncing music creatively, and delivering emotionally engaging wedding stories.
The role requires a keen eye for storytelling, smooth transitions, pacing, and attention to detail to maintain the premium visual identity of The Hidden Crew.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Cinematic Storytelling
- Strong skills in Color Grading and visual enhancement
- Experience with Motion Graphics and creative transitions
- Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Understanding of music syncing, sound design, and emotional pacing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in wedding filmmaking or cinematic edits is highly preferred
- Knowledge of social media reel formats and trending edit styles is a plus
