About the Role
This is not a standard production role—it's a chance to be the creative nucleus of a global marketing function. We are looking for a best-in-class Adobe Suite expert to act as our primary Creative Producer.
You will be the sole Execution Engine responsible for translating strategic content plans into high-volume, scalable, and technically flawless video and motion assets. Beyond pure execution, you will be a team player and mentor, creating master templates and actively upskilling our global team, thereby dramatically increasing our overall speed and quality.
Core Responsibilities and Deliverables
The successful candidate will set the standard for execution quality and consistency across our most high-impact channels.
Creative Execution & Production Mastery
Be the Master Architect of our video and motion content, serving as the sole in-house expert for technical production and editing, as well as influencing content strategy and output with the team.
Deliver at Scale: Produce templates for team to scale and bespoke video/motion edits per week (depending on size/complexity) to support time-sensitive regional campaigns, evergreen social content, and rapid ad hoc needs across the team.
High-Volume Templating: Design and build an expansive library of sophisticated, easily adaptable Adobe Suite master templates (video intros, outros, lower-thirds, motion bumpers) for global teams to customize at scale without compromising brand or compliance.
Quality Control: Ensure all finished assets meet rigorous brand guidelines, technical specifications (color, sound mix, resolution), and regional compliance standards.
Strategic Enablement & Team Uplift:
Mentor and Upskill: Actively train and support core team members and regional stakeholders on best practices for template customization, light editing, and efficient creative workflows.
Absorb the Burden: Absorb a substantial majority of the tactical, high-volume video editing and motion graphics workload, immediately releasing hours of strategic bandwidth back to the team for content planning and capture.
Agency Partnership Elevation: Partner with external film teams and agencies to ensure flawless handoffs and collaborative work.
Required Technical Skills
We are hiring for pure technical skill and expect an elite level of proficiency. Previous Employer Brand experience is not required.
Expert Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Deep, demonstrable expertise in the following:
Adobe Premiere Pro: Expert-level non-linear editing, color grading, multi-cam sequences, and advanced sound mixing.
Adobe After Effects: Expert-level motion graphics, creation of scalable MOGRT (Motion Graphics Template) files, 2D animation, and dynamic text/logo treatments.
Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator: Advanced proficiency for asset preparation, graphics manipulation, and static content creation.
Video Production Workflow: Comprehensive knowledge of modern video formats, codecs, compression best practices, and delivery specifications for all major social and career platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Template Design & Scalability: Proven experience designing and documenting template systems for use by non-expert creators in diverse global markets.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a global or highly decentralized content environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of short-form, social-first video and motion projects.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and content tagging/metadata best practices.
A passion for technology and its application in storytelling.
