About TBO Social Labs
TBO Social Labs is a creative studio based in Whitefield, Bangalore, focused on helping brands build a strong and consistent presence on social media. An initiative by The Blessed Ones, TBO Social Labs works with brands to create engaging digital content through creative design, short-form video, and visual storytelling.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social media Video Editor who understands modern social media content and can create engaging, high-quality short-form videos. This role involves editing reels, promotional content, and branded videos, along with incorporating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, social media content)
• Create clean and impactful edits with strong pacing and storytelling
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and music
• Incorporate motion graphics, animated text, and visual elements
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and video concepts
• Ensure consistency with brand style and content direction
Skills & Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or any equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and formats
• Ability to create engaging, fast-paced edits
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animated elements
• Good sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience editing content for brands or social media pages
• Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools and workflows
