Job Title: Video Editor – AI Micro-Dramas (Premiere Pro )Location: [Indore, India / Remote]

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-velocity Video Editor to join our AI-powered production house. You will be editing "Micro-Dramas"—the fast-growing 60-second episodic format. Your primary goal is to take AI-generated or AI-enhanced footage and turn it into a seamless, high-tension cinematic experience.
You must be an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with a sharp eye for visual hygiene (removing logos/artifacts) and a "musician’s ear" for voice editing and dialogue pacing.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Hygiene & Cleanup: * Meticulously remove AI artifacts, watermarks, or distracting background logos.
- Use Premiere’s masking tools or AI Generative Fill to ensure every frame looks "premium" and intentional.
- The "Voice Edit" & Audio Mastery:
- Cut dialogue for maximum impact—removing awkward breaths, tightening gaps, and ensuring the "rhythm of speech" keeps viewers hooked.
- Use AI audio tools (like Adobe Podcast or Enhance Speech) to ensure studio-quality sound on mobile devices.
- Speed & Narrative Continuity:
- Maintain strict continuity across fast-paced cuts (matching eyelines, props, and lighting).
- Master the "Micro-Drama Pace": High-speed transitions, speed ramping, and "hook" delivery within the first 3 seconds.
- Vertical Optimization: * Edit natively for 9:16 aspect ratios, ensuring captions and key visual elements stay within social media "safe zones."

Who You Are- Experience: 2+ years in editing narrative content (Web-series, short films, or high-end social ads).
- The "Clean" Obsession: You cannot stand a messy frame. You see a stray logo or a continuity glitch instantly and fix it.
- Pacing Expert: You know how to make a 60-second episode feel like a 10-minute drama through tight "voice-first" editing.
